Another newsletter model: share and keep it simple

Avid readers know I like good newsletter design and am always on the look-out for means to simplify this church chore. British church newsletters, in particular, appeal to me more than most because they tend to be brief. After reading about the young Welsh Unitarian minister Thomas Wyn (and his six-point charge!) at the UK Unitarian blog, I looked for more news. Some came in a church newsletter I had seen before and liked much, and now want to highlight.

The Cotswolds are that lovely area between Bath and Birmingham known for tatched-roof cottages and roaming American tourists. The three Unitarian churches on the fringes of the Cotswolds have a church arrangement, sharing a minister and a newsletter. You can download copies at the site of Oat Street Chapel, Evesham. a member of the Cotswold Group of Unitarian and Free Christian Congregations.  A calendar, a directory, worship schedule, and select news. Good stuff.
