Who says Americans don’t care about Canada? Note one and all that the Canadian Unitarian Council is having its Annual Conference and Meeting beginning today in St. John, New Brunswick.
The site ought to be a model for UUA district assemblies, which run about the same size. Nice, too, to see a national assembly of a scale that appears to encourage needed work. Locally led worship; a local featured speaker. Good.
A downside is the continuing ambivolence between being Unitarians and UUs.
But they have a wave logo that doesn’t instill terror.
