I saw this post, which spoke to my interest in alternatives for ministerial formation. I know a lot of Unitarian Universalists have, over the years, been in mixed residency programs, particularly through Meadville/Lombard. But the technology and circumstances have changed. I would be open to a church-based program — where the practice of ministry is the residential piece — provided there was more than one student and adequate on-side ministerial/emerging collegial support.
